Welcome to Mirza Safari Tours! We help to book adventure services; you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Website or services.

1. Services Overview

Mirza Safari Tours helps to organize safari tours, Palighat safari tours, hotel booking, Ranthambore Fort tours, Museum tours, and pick-up/drop-off services designed to provide unique, responsible, and safe experiences connecting visitors with nature.

2. Booking and Payments

• 2.1 Booking Requirements: Accurate and complete information is required for booking. All bookings are subject to availability.
• 2.2 Payments: Full payment must be made before the service. We accept PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and use third-party providers for secure payment processing.
• 2.3 Refunds and Cancellations:
  • Weather Disruptions: Subject to natural conditions.
  • Monsoon Season: Core zones may close July–September; offline booking available for limited routes.
  • MDR Charges: Non-refundable.
  • Errors: Contact us within 48 hours for support and refund processing.
  • Service Non-Delivery: Case-by-case refund review within 1 week.

General Cancellation Terms

• 75% refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before the visit date.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 72 hours to 30 days of the visit date.
• 0% refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the visit date.
• Confirmed Tatkal bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Safety and Conduct

• Compliance with Rules: Guests must follow all safety instructions and park regulations. Failure to comply may result in termination of the activity without a refund.
• Assumption of Risk: Outdoor adventure activities involve risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Mirza Safari Tours is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.

4. User Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate booking information. Errors may affect the booking and eligibility.

5. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All content on our Website, including text, images, logos, and videos, is owned by Mirza Safari Tours. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• Limited License: Users may access and use the Website for personal purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mirza Safari Tours is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Website or services, with liability limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service.
