No Full Cancellations/Refunds: There are no refunds for Tatkal Confirmed Bookings under any circumstances.

No Refunds for Weather/Natural Causes: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to heavy rain, adverse weather conditions, or natural causes affecting access or park operations.

Provisional Rainy-Season Bookings: Safari bookings during the monsoon season (typically July 1st to September 30th) are provisional and can be cancelled on short notice due to weather; no refunds will be issued in such cases.

MDR Charges (Non-Refundable)

These charges, levied by banks for payment processing, are non-refundable. If a payment is deducted but tickets are not booked, the refunded amount (if applicable) will exclude the MDR charges.

MDR Charges Definition: MDR (Merchant Discount Rate) is a fee charged by a bank for providing payment processing services. This fee covers the cost of technology infrastructure, fraud protection, and administrative expenses.
