Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Rules

• 75% Refund: For cancellations made 30 or more days before the visit date.
• 50% Refund: For cancellations made between 72 hours to 30 days of the visit date.
• 0% Refund: For cancellations made within 72 hours of the visit date.

Partial Cancellation Policy

Partial Cancellation refers to the cancellation of one or more passengers in a ticket, not the entire ticket. The following rules apply:

• Cancelled seats will be released in premium tatkal at 10:00 am IST after approval.
• No refund will be provided for partial cancellations.
• Once a passenger is cancelled, no reversion/re-activation will be allowed.
